Bob and I were tent-mates many times as boy scouts. He went on to be an Eagle scout. I maxxed out as a much less impressive bird. Probably parakeet.
Bob’s life is a long story of service. The defining moment came early on with his enlistment in the US Army 1970 - 1973 and his deployment to Vietnam.
He truly gave his life to his country. He worked 25 years in Safety and Security at Rochester General Hospital. What he loved most was his 49 years of volunteer service to the Boy Scouts of America beginning in his youth as an Eagle Scout.
Burial with Military Honors at the Western NY National Cemetery, Corfu, NY.
