I didn't know him well, just as a face in the hall, so I was astounded to see that exact same face at our 25th reunion, without any additional signs of aging!
Rochester, NY/Charleston, SC:
Passed on February 25, 2026 at age 78. Survived by wife Susan Yaeger; children Stephanie (Scott) Wallace, Luke Yaeger, Emily Yaeger, Kathryn (Cleason) Leasure; grandchildren Jonathan, Xindha, Payton, Madeline, Issac, Ellis, Ivan, Mary Jane, Cleason V; sister Mary Jane; sister-in-law Rebecca; beloved cousins, nephews and nieces; and his sisters-in-law and closest friends Karen & Mike Herbert and Debbie & Marty Marchand. He was predeceased by wife Barbara, parents, Paul and Virginia Yaeger, his brothers Paul Jr. and Richard, and his sister, Carol.
He was a quiet person of deep faith and a loving, devoted family man. Courteous, generous, and incredibly hard working, he took great pride and delight in caring for his family and home. A man of both strength and tenderness, he treasured his family and the many friends made throughout all the stages of his life. After graduating from Bishop Kearney HS, he joined Eastman Kodak. An electrician by trade and a life-long learner, he taught himself early computer languages and was sent across the country by Kodak to teach others. He held a patent for a transportation device, could fix anything, and tried his best to pass his skills and curiosity along to his children. An excellent listener, he loved humor, non-fiction, golf, hunting, and just about anything outdoors. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
